VERIFICATION POLICY

Verification Policy

All players need to undergo verification not only for insurance purposes, but to verify the correct age group and gender division.

Parents are required to submit to the office one of the following:

• Birth certificate
• Player passport
• Immunization or shot record
• Player's drivers license (if applicable)

This task must be completed before the first game of the season.  If a player is not properly verified by WCSA administration, that player is unable to take the field during games and practices.
