Gameday for Parents

At the Complex
Use the maps below to help locate your gameday field at Williamson County Soccer Complex. Fields are marked with number signage on the sides of the goals and with sponsor name banners. There are three concession areas in the complex: one on the West side in the pavilion, one on the East side at the indoor arena and another on the East side between fields 1 and 2. Restrooms are located in the pavilion on the West side and on the East side in the indoor arena and between Fields 1 and 2.

At the Field

Each field has a designated spectator sideline and a team sideline. Spectators will watch the game from one sideline and the team and coaches will be on the other sideline. Only two coaches may be on the sideline with the team. All other adults must be on the spectator side of the field. No one may sit behind the goals or goal line.

If you play in the final game of the night on Mondays or Tuesdays, please beaware that the lights will only remain on for about 10 -15 minutes after the end of the last game. Williamson County Parks and Recreaction is responsible for closing down the fields in a timely manner, so please account for time you need to gather your belongs and return safely to your cars.

Conduct
Please cheer for the team, but avoid giving instructions to the players. Your instructions may contradict what the coach wants and if the children are listening to you, they are not thinking for themselves. Treat all players (both teams), coaches, officials and spectators with respect before, during and after games. You have a special opportunity to help all our players learn good sportsmanship and self-discipline by your encouragement and good example. Please observe WCSA’s Parents' Code of Conduct found under the Parents tab. If there are any issues during a game concerning conduct of players, coaches, parents, or officials, please do not engage and risk escalating the situation. Instead, call the office (615-791-0590) and WCSA will send someone to your field if needed.

Parking
Please do not park in the small parking lot north of Field 1 that is accessible from Boyd Mill Avenue. This parking lot is reserved for referees ONLY. There is also no parking on Twin Oaks Drive (the road that runs beside the East Side fields). Cars parked along the road or in the median of Twin Oaks Drive will be towed at owner's expense. Please obey posted directional parking lot signage and watch carefully for children. The speed limit in all parking lots is 10 mph.

Assistance to the Field
WCSA encourages families to invite extended family members to the fields on gameday. If the fields are difficult for some family members to walk, contact the office (615-791-0590) and WCSA will send someone with a golf cart to assist that person to the field. We want all family members and friends to be able to attend.

Medical Assistance
On Saturday gamedays WCSA has a trainer on the premises. Contact the office (615-791-0590) and the trainer can be sent to your field if needed. For medical emergencies dial 911 first.
