Refund Policy

Outdoor & Indoor Refund Policy

Individual Refunds
Any request for a refund must be received in writing, prior to the first game of the season (email [email protected] and include the player's full name, birth year, and reason for the request). No refunds will be issued after the first game of the season. A $25 processing fee is applied to all refunds for an outdoor season. A $15 processing fee is applied to all refunds for an indoor season. Play-up fees and late fees are non-refundable.

Season Refunds
In the event an outdoor or indoor season concludes before all games are played (e.g. due to weather - rain/snow/ice/heat, access to fields, or other causes) no refunds will be issued if a minimum of 6 games for an outdoor season or a minimum of 4 games for an indoor season were completed.
