Follow the row over to the column with the current season to find the correct age division. Note that the format “U followed by age” really means that age and younger. For example, U8 should be read as 8 and younger.
Please note that this a birth year matrix provided by the state. You can refer to the Programs tab to view specific programs offered by WCSA for each age division.

After a comprehensive review and collaborative discussions, US Youth Soccer, AYSO, and US Club Soccer have agreed to adopt a unified age group player formation cycle that will run from August 1 to July 31, beginning with the 2026–2027 season. This change is intended to better align player groupings with school-grade peers, supporting a more consistent and developmentally appropriate experience for youth participants.
